Your challenge

The Junior BDR role is specifically designed for recent graduates and entry-level professionals looking to start a career in software sales or M&A. As a BDR, you will learn essential sales, negotiation, and prospecting skills through practical experience and personal guidance. This position is an essential part of the sales team and offers you the opportunity to connect with potential customers, qualify leads, and initiate the sales process by booking demos. The role also emphasizes personal and professional growth, preparing you for a long-term career within Dealsuite.

Who are you?

  • Bachelor's degree (university of applied sciences or university) in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Interest in M&A, corporate finance, and a strong ambition for a career in sales.
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn, preferably with previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role (e.g., internship or part-time job).
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude in building relationships.
  • Dutch at minimum C1 level; English at B2 level.

Key responsibilities

  • Acting as the first point of contact for prospects, qualifying incoming leads, and proactively approaching new prospects.
  • Identify customer needs, generate interest, and start the sales process by booking demos for the New Business team.
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure a constant stream of leads and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in corporate finance and M&A.
  • Building a thorough understanding of our platform and the M&A market, in preparation for potential advancement to senior sales roles.
