Your challenge

As the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will spearhead our digital marketing initiatives, aiming to enhance our brand presence, generate leads, and drive conversions to support revenue growth. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms, with a strong emphasis on paid advertising, website optimisation, and SEO.

In this role, you will develop and implement lead generation and brand awareness campaigns, optimise the company website for conversion and user experience, and stay current with industry trends and digital marketing best practices to introduce innovative ideas that boost campaign performance and return on investment (ROI).

The marketing team is led by the Marketing Director and consists of four marketeers: a Senior Digital Marketing Manager (for whom we are searching a replacement), a Senior Automation Marketing Manager, a Senior Content Marketing Manager, and a Junior Marketeer. Additional support comes from a part-time Analyst, freelance content writers and designers, and an in-house UX designer. You will report directly to the Marketing Director.

Who are you?

The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues from different cultures and departments, is a self-driven individual, responsive, and able to succeed within an international scale-up environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS company
  • 3+ years of experience in managing and executing digital campaign strategies (LinkedIn/Google)
  • Proficiency with Content Management Systems (experience with Webflow is a plus).
  • Experience in Website Conversion and Search Engine Optimization
  • Experience in Web Analytics (GA4 is a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with international team members, senior management, and sales teams
  • Creative and independent problem solver who can thrive in a dynamic scale-up environment
  • Copywriting skills are an advantage
  • Experience with Hubspot is an advantage
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop is an advantage
  • Fluency in English is a must

Key responsibilities

Digital Campaigns:

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising strategies and campaigns across multiple platforms, focusing on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
  • Write compelling ad copy, design campaign assets, and develop targeting strategies to maximise campaign performance and generate high-quality leads.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign metrics, including return on ad spend (ROAS), to ensure effective use of budget and achievement of KPIs.
  • Continuously refine campaigns based on data-driven insights to enhance performance and ROI.

Marketing Website and SEO:

  • Maintain and optimise the company's website to effectively communicate our value proposition and convert visitors into leads.
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to improve website functionality, user experience, and overall design.
  • Conduct experiments to improve conversion rates and optimise user journeys.
  • Implement and continuously refine best practice SEO strategies to enhance organic search performance.
  • Analyse and report on website performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights for further optimisation.
