Our Industry Area has businesses within Software for Professionals and Laboratory Science. The businesses are headquartered in many different countries and have operations globally. We partner with owners seeking a permanent new home for their company. Our approach is empowering, decentralized and unbureaucratic. Our businesses are not for sale.

Our Equity Area consists of a small number of minority positions in listed and private companies within software, life science and industrial products.

M&A Criteria

Vind AS is searching for acquisitions in the Tech, Industrials, Manufacturing, Life Science, or/and Medtech sector. The ideal target has a minimum revenue of €1M and is located in one of the following countries: Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Ireland, England, Scotland, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, France, Spain, Germany.
