We are a team of fifty people guide by our partner director and an experienced group of managers that follow our main values: passion for work, responsibility and integrity of our team. Those values are based in the principle of quality commitment to our clients integrating innovation and the best technological solutions for them.

The company is divided in different divisions: Financial, Tax, Compliance, Data Protection and BPO Services.

We are an M&A Boutique with a lot of experience in this field, advising our clients on how to sale their companies in the best possible way.

We are also an active member of BOKS INTERNACIONAL, since 2021, an Alliance  focused on professional service firms (Consultants and Lawyers) that want to extend their services abroad, giving rapid and reliable client support. Nowadays is integrated by 109 firms that are established in 72 countries with 235 offices worldwide.  It has also reached the IAB global top 20, at number 14, in just five years.

Its main goal is the commitment and support to their members, and its constant dynamism in opening new lines as the M&A division, which VIA CONSULTORES is responsible for in the Alliance. We are very active and coordinate a data base of transactions on the Sale and Purchase sides for Boks members. 

As head of the M&A division of BOKS INTERNATIONAL, our goal is to participate in DEALSUITE generating the exchange of a greater number of transactions that will benefit all parties involved and generate a bigger M&A business for all the DEALSUITE community.
