Verso Capital is a buy-out investor that specialises in carve-out situations and management buy-outs (MBOs). We acquire and invest in European B2B businesses that have the potential to become a leader in their target market and have revenue up to €90m.

Our team has experience from over 100 carve-out and M&A transaction situations – we have the necessary know-how and methodology to execute even complicated transactions quickly and efficiently.

We are typically a majority investor and spend a considerable amount of our time working together with the management to create market leaders with sustainable profitable growth.

We manage three funds and have offices in Helsinki, Stockholm, and Munich.
