My work with a very hands on private equity firm has given me valuable experience on not only how to effectively acquire a company, but also on how to successfully grow and scale an enterprise after acquisition.

After working in several different roles within multiple companies, I’ve always had to goal to become an entrepreneur just like the rest of my family.

Regional preference: 1hour car drive from Amsterdam

Company stage preference:

• Platform opportunity / base for “roll-up” strategy

• Healthy, established, stable

• Strong name and reputation in the industry

Product preference:

• Business to business

• Mainly standardized, small customer specific adjustments

• Modular

• Niche

• Scalable, on a global scale

• No fast moving consumer goods

Company structure:

• Solid experienced management team in place

• Open and entrepreneurial company culture

Company size:

• EBITDA: 0.75 – 2.5 million

• FTE: 15+

Funding:

Funding will be based on a combination of bank debt, personal equity and institutional backers.
