Suomen Yrityskaupat is Finland's largest and best-known expert specializing in changes of ownership of SMEs. Our services include all aspects of business transactions, e.g. advising buyers and sellers, analyses, estimates of price and items, financial and tax advice, business planning, drawing up contracts and, of course, the practical implementation of the trade up to and including marketing.

Our business brokers are professionals, all of whom have entrepreneurial experience. Thanks to the extensive experience and training base, our brokers are able to manage the most diverse topics related to business transactions. In addition to their brokerage work, many of them work as consultants, trainers and experts in various companies and organizations. One of our strengths is the concentration of expertise formed by several experts.

The roots of our operation go all the way back to the early 1960s, when we started providing consultancy for changes of ownership in Tilitoimisto Aarnio. These functions were transferred to the management of the Suomen Yrityskaupat chain through a business acquisition in 1996. In 2003, the following arrangement was implemented, with which Balance Consulting Oy became the new franchise entrepreneur. Today, our customers are served by ten regional offices in Finland's largest cities, as well as international operations by our offices in Estonia and Spain. Among our background groups there are always e.g. own lawyer and a group of financial management, taxation and accounting professionals.
