Polska Grupa Audytorska (PGA Advisory)

Polska Grupa Audytorska sp. z o.o. is a group of audit, accounting and consulting firms established in 2013. It is made up of a team of chartered accountants, accountants and consultants who have gained experience in the largest international audit and consulting firms, as well as on the client side in large corporations. Also part of the Group are: PGA Accounting, specialising in the area of accounting and payroll services for small and medium-sized companies, and PGA Advisory providing comprehensive transaction advisory solutions in the field of M&A and raising debt and equity financing and business consulting.

The company is the founder of a nationwide network of audit firms, POLSKA GRUPA AUDYTORSKA. The network was established in November 2019. The co-founder is DEWIZA Audyt sp. z o.o. from Gliwice.

The aim of the network is to expand to include more entities throughout Poland, thereby increasing the team of experts and top professionals - auditors, accountants, financiers, specialists in valuations, Due Diligence or M&A transactions.This will allow for the exchange of knowledge and experience, as well as greater responsiveness to client needs and flexibility in the timing of audits.

A member of the network may be an audit firm operating on the Polish market whose method of organisation and audit documentation is in accordance with the National Auditing Standards, based on the International Auditing Standards.The firms will pursue a common strategy and promote their services under the banner of the Polish Audit Group.
