We are Nordian Capital, an independent private equity investor, based in the Netherlands. We offer a focused, customised approach in order to increase and accelerate business growth.

We founded Nordian in 2014, supported by Rabobank, PGGM and CommonWealth Investments. They provide us with extensive expertise and access to a strong network of Dutch family businesses and corporate enterprises. Our team is built out of experts in different fields, with extensive experience in investment management, finance and executing transactions.

To us, private equity is more than just a series of transactions. Our experience has repeatedly shown that a customised approach, and investing in people, is the key to success. We work together with our companies to develop a vision that will lead to sustainable growth. This can only happen in a spirit of entrepreneurship.
