NewPort Capital is an independent private equity firm focused on investing in Dutch based mid-market companies with a proven track record, considerable (international) growth potential and a strong and ambitious management team.

 The capital of the funds NewPort Buyout Fund I & II, amounts to EUR 240 million and is provided by a combination of successful Dutch entrepreneurs, family offices as well as several institutional investors both from Europe and North America and the NewPort team. With business owners from over 25 sectors on its side, NewPort can justifiably claim to be an entrepreneurial investor.
