M&A Criteria

Litorina is searching for acquisitions in both the business serviceses and restaurant chains sector. The ideal target has a minimum revenue of €1M and is located in one of the following countries: Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, UK, Germany, Netherlands (BENELUX).
