IHV is an investment fund focused on companies with up to 100 million DKK in revenue. We primarily focus on mature companies in the SME segment that are ambitious and seek an active investor who can help realize the company's potential. IHV brings skills and capital to the companies and focuses on businesses located in Denmark.

IHV is an investment fund established by a group of successful business leaders who have built their own companies. We understand the challenges that owner-managers face and are ready to contribute with our experiences.

IHV invests in both minority and majority stakes and can help facilitate a generational change, an MBO/MBI, or a partial recapitalization. We are also happy to contribute to the financing of acquisitions, organic growth, or similar endeavors.

M&A Criteria

Investor Hub Viborg is searching for acquisitions in the trade, production, and ICT sectors. The ideal target has a minimum revenue of €2M, an good profit margin and is located in Denmark. Please contact us for further information.
