Innotek is a family-owned investment office based in Luxembourg with a long-term “hold-and-improve” mentality.

We primarily invest in mid-sized, moderately profitable manufacturing / assembly companies where we can add value through lean automation.

Besides our private equity strategy, we also invest in start-up companies through our subsidiary Teklas Ventures.
