We have been successfully and responsibly investing in promising small and medium-sized Dutch businesses with growth ambitions for more than 40 years. We have 2 fund strategies:

- Buy-out: we mainly focus on taking majority stakes in stable growing technology and healthcare companies in the Benelux and Germany. We are experienced in both organic growth stories and buy & build strategies

- Growth capital: we invest in tomorrow's leaders in technology and healthcare by investing minority stakes of EUR 500k - EUR 5m in ambitious fast-growing start-ups & scale-ups
