About company

Credo is a different kind of investment company. Our entire business is focused on the professionalisation of medium-sized companies. This is an exciting niche because Scandinavia has many entrepreneurial and family businesses with high value creation potential, but few investors who really contribute before the professionalization is completed.

 

It is difficult to grow, and it is demanding to manage profitability in growth phases. Experience has great value in the transition from small to large, from local to global, from good individuals to scalable systems. Which path should we choose? How high do we dare to bet? How do we manage to build the organization that realizes the ambitions? Addressing this is our profession. Doing so in real partnership with the founders is our model.

 

We invest directly, not through funds. We invest our own money in individual companies that we ourselves believe in. We then invite our co-investors. Not vice versa. This ensures a healthy attitude for us, a credible community for the investors, and a focused owner for the founders.

 

M&A Criteria

Credo Partners is searching for acquisitions in the IT, IT services, Cyber security, IT consulting, managed services, software, saas, technology, or technology enabled services sector. The ideal target has a minimum revenue of €1M and is located in one of the following countries: Norway, Sweden, Denmark. Please contact us for further information.
