We are a private equity fund. Besides the investments of our team members, we manage resources on behalf of several reputable institutional investors and family offices.

The expected rate of return for our investors is maintained at a reasonable level in order to allow us to develop the asset into a long-term investment.

We prefer a set-up in which the initial owners keep a stake and further participate in the growth of the company.

The size of CEIP investments into any one company is between CZK 50 and 250 million. In terms of enterprise value, the individual targeted assets can be worth up to CZK 1 billion.

For larger targets, we consider co-investment with reputable investors from our network.

We invest in industrial manufacturing and related service companies.
