Antea Participaties

Antea Participaties provides risk-bearing capital to small and medium-sized enterprises. Antea is focussed on young companies with growth potential and a track record of several years. In addition, there is interest in mature companies in the expansion phase or companies that are faced with a management buy-in/buy-out as a solution to a succession problem of the director-major shareholder (DGA). Pre-exits, where a DGA sells part of the shares to an investor in order to work with that investor on a follow-up over time, are also part of Antea's area of ​​activity.

Minority interests, majority interests and full acquisitions are all possible. Participation can take place through an expansion of the capital and/or through a (partial) sale by existing shareholders.
