Associated Business Advisors, “ABA”, one of the most powerful economic and legal consulting groups in Romania was founded in 2002 by four consultants with experience in multinational consulting companies.

At the moment the group has approximately 25 consultants able to approach a very big range of economic problems.

ABA Management (part of the ABA group) is an ANEVAR ("Romanian Valuators Association") Corporate Member since 2005, within the company activating expert valuators with significant experience.

Also, our company is a CCF ("Romanian Tax Consultants Chamber") Member, incorporating tax consultants and other types of experts (financial auditors, insolvency practitioners) with relevant experience in the analysis of companies, due diligence, mergers & acquisitions processes, etc.

Our company has the experience and qualification necessary for an objective evaluation of any type of asset - real estate, movable goods, financial assets, respectively of a company viewed globally - both with the aim of recording the evaluation in the financial reports, as well as in connection with a transaction or a M&A project / procedure.

Geographic focus

ABA covers the entire territory of Romania with a special focus on the western part of the country, the central offices of the group being situated in Timisoara. For the moment the clients of ABA are active in 75% of the Romanian Counties.

The multinational companies that are active in Romania represent a very important segment of the group’s activity, and they contribute with 50% at the ABA’s turnover.

Marketing focus

The principle our company developed on was the “One stop shop” principle, meaning the possibility to offer our clients a complete consulting services package.

Depending on the problems the client faces, the ABA team can be completed with specialized personnel.
